Alright, so as I've been playing through the main story quests and have so far stumbled upon two of them that have issues in regards to Jespar when he's supposed to be following you to a location. The quests in question are:

1) "Into the Deep" -- he refuses to follow me to the temple and will remain in Fogville. He does teleport near the Crystal Forest once you reach it, but will still refuse to follow you afterwards. (P.S. Tried multiple saves and have the same issue regardless)

2) "All the Dead Souls" -- he refuses to follow me to their hideout and will remain in Duneville.

As for the "Bow of the Ishyian" I've stumbled across multiple issues. Firstly, it has no model when dropped and it's as if the item itself becomes deleted/removed (you can't pick it up or even collide where it would have fallen). Secondly, it has the enchant/bonus: "Does 3 points of poison damage for 7 seconds". The problem is that it has infinite charges (not sure if this is intentional or by design).

Maybe you have installed mods that could cause problems?

Unfortunately, as I had mentioned in my previous post the bug tracker doesn't let me log in. All I get is "Your account may be disabled or blocked." I've tried with two different accounts to no avail. Also, it wouldn't be mod related, because I'm not using any.

Strange if you are registered in the bugtracker.
You need a separate account there. Not the one from the forum.
Do you have any mails in your spam folder?
Otherwise, you can also post the saves here. Then we take over with the tracker.

Yeah, what I meant was I made two separate accounts specifically on the bug tracker for this. I either get through the initial sign-up or end up with "APPLICATION ERROR #2800".

I will report the bow effect and missing model on the Tracker as I have just encountered it myself.

EDIT : Done, some other "free" item effects spotted too.
