Phasmalist quest did not continue after i gathered first soul. Can u give me quest ID or is there any other solution?

How does ot not continue?
I get the quest "gather all 20 hidden souls on enderal" without a new quest marker... i mean otherwise they wont be hidden.
I think this is how it is correct.
