I have tried to launch the game from the launcher a couple of times now and it says that I am missing three files I believe, not sure what the problem is. Any and all help is appreciated. I have included the launcher file because I saw a similar issue from someone else and the person who responded asked for it.

Do you have a more specific error description, e.g. which files are missing according to your message?
Did Skyrim run without errors before, or do you have any mods or third-party tools installed?
Where did you get the installation package (source) from?
Was Steam correctly started before the game started?
Is your drive G:\ an external or internal drive?

The files that are missing are: d3dx9_42.dll, X3DAudio1_7.dll, XINPUT1_3.dll
Skyrim did run without problems before
I got the instillation package as the torrent
Steam was correctly started before the game
The G:\ drive is an external drive

What operating system and DirectX version do you have?
Your DirectX installation may be incorrect or corrupted.
Skyrim is e.g. a DirectX9 application.

External drives for the installation could also cause problems.
