Forgotten Homeland, Part I - by Remus95

Hi, I have a question concerning this quest. When I collected the necessary parts for the ship, I returned to the Starling pilot and then went inside to talk to tealor. I chose the option to wait for the ship to be ready. I am wondering, how long does it take for the ship to be ready? how many days? Thanks

according to the wiki it should only take one day;
I never tried that myself though, always just choose the waiting option

After reading your reply i think the quest might be bugged. Its been 3 to 5 days and the quest hasnt updated. Is it possible to make the quest update through console? Im waiting for the last stage to update: "wait until gertrude is ready to take off"

it will most likely cause more issues down the road

did you try speaking to Tealor again?
(or maybe Kurmai, as said, never waited "manually")

(do you have any mods installed or used any cheats?)

if they don't react, could you please upload a savegame?
they're found in ...\Documents\My Games\Skyrim\Saves, we'll need the skse and the ess of a manual (no quick- or auto-) save.
pack them to a rar or zip archive and attach them to a post here

Apparently the quest doesnt seem to track time spent ingame while travelling, exploring, etc.. I waited by doing some side quests in the meantime, but then I decided to wait 24h in a bed and the quest updated. Or maybe it took a lot more than a day to update. Case closed, thanks for the help.
