Part Of Something Momentous Part II bug - by HunterPrey

main quest Part Of Something Momentous Part II (MQ05b), but when that quest ends after you hit/slice the guy in the cellar and a loading screen should bring you to the room where you're supposed to wake up, it doesn't load through. After the loading screen I just get a gray screen and nothing else.

welcome to the forum

unfortunately that looks like a known bug without a real solution

there seems to be a workaround though

open the console and type (one by one)

in the prison cell appeared Jespar. after a dialogue with the prisoner Aixon
again gray screen and nothing else.

hm.

could you upload a savegame of the original state?
found in ...\Documents\My Games\Skyrim\Saves,
we'll need the skse and the ess of a manual (no quick- or auto-) save,
pack them to a rar or zip archive and attach them to a post here

You need to enter the commands into the console when the greyscreen appeared, not before.

I hope the idea is that I report this bug nontheless even if it has already been fixed

I slice the Axion guy and I also get stuck in a grey screen just like the previous post of 13 juli I tried the fix around which works = )
But currently I think in the 1.25 version, this quest is bugged and needs a fix. So this is why I am posting it.
