Hello, I played the game some time ago and I wanted to start a new game with a fresh install.
So I installed Skyrim, Enderal (in french, because it is my mothertongue) v1.2.5.0 and started a new game.

My problem is that the game systematically freezes when I come in front of the elk (or deer) in dad's house. The game also sometimes crash if I go to close to the horses that are on th path to dad's house.
I have no mod installed and never had such problems on my first install of Enderal. Could someone please help me ?

This should definitely not happen with the current version. I assume that this is an issue with a corrupted installation package. Have you tried to redownload the installation packagae and to reinstall Enderal completely?
If that does not help, please upload your Launcher.log for further investigation: ...\Skyrim\EnderalLauncher\System\log\

If that can help solve the problem: I kept an installation of Skyrim (the original game) in parallel with Enderal. To do a parallel installation, I simply renamed my Syrim directory and asked Steam to re-download the game files for use with Enderal. Is it a conflict problem ?

This is possible but a bit complicated.
Did you try to repair Skyrim over Steam? That would not be good.
The data packet addressed by the stuemper is best downloaded via torrent.

I have a parallel installation as well, just made it the other way around -
just copied the Skyrim folder (+ inis) and installed Enderal.

if you redownloaded Skyrim that might have messed up your ini files,
although you'd probably have other issues too

just to make sure, delete the two *.ini from ...\Documents\My Games\Skyrim and restart the game
(it will create a new one on launch)

I deleted the .ini filed as suggested and ... It worked ! Really strange, I have no idea how the bad ini files caused that problem.
