every time i open the game and hit start new game the menu disappear and i got stuck looking at the background the game doesn't load or anything happen. the music keep playing and there is a smoke animation so i don't believe the game is frozen.

Have you tried removing your Skyrim.ini and SkyrimPrefs.ini from C:\User\Documents\mygames\Skyrim\ and then start the launcher and game afterwards. Both inis will be recreated when the game starts running.
If it still does not start, please upload your Launcher.log which you can find in your Skyrim game directory: ...\Skyrim\EnderalLauncher\system\log\
A screenshot of the contents in ...\Skyrim\Data\ would be also helpful.

i tried deleting my skyrim.perf and skyrim.ini and the problem still there.

were you able to fully patch your game?

you see the patch version in the upper left corner of the launcher


the game not being up to date might be the reason
(the update servers seem to be offline)

i just needed to update the game , the game is working now thank you guys for the help
