Whenever I try to buy a house from Silren or deposit money in the vault at the bank in Ark the game freezes. I can open console commands, use steam overlay and exit out of the game with no hassle. Later on I found out that this same exact bug happens when trying to buy a mount from the lady right at the gates of Ark. I also tried to complete the quest Gnarldalf Must Die do I could get the donkey from the same horse merchant, but the same thing happens when I turn in the quest.

At first i thought it had something to do with my stolen pennies, but since the same bug happens in the Gnarldalf quest where I get a free mount, I'm now stumped.

game and launcher are fully patched?

do you have any mods installed?
if so, try without them.
(if you not already did that)


and could you upload a savegame?
found in ...\Documents\My Games\Skyrim\Saves,
we'll need the skse and the ess of a manual (no quick- or auto-) save,
pack them to a rar or zip archive and attach them to a post here

This issue is caused by incompatible mods. Please disable your mods and try again.
