I have the same Issue. i deleted the .ini file but i accidentaly deleted a file called "skyrim_default" before. any ideas on what to do?

the skyrim_default.ini is located in the game folder (....Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim),
not in ...\Documents\My Games\Skyrim.

can you restore both from the recycle bin?
after that, delete the other one, from the documents... folder and restart Enderal

i restored them both and then deleted the skyrim.ini but it didn't fix it for me

so you followed the install instructions, and if you try to start Enderal you get an error like
and the game crashes?

and deleting the skyrim.ini from ...\Documents\My Games\Skyrim (and restarting the game) did not change anything.

do you have any mods installed?

and could you upload that ini file, please?

i don't have anything installed except skse (but the launcher told me to get that)

something went wrong with the installation :/
I think the safest bet would be a clean reinstall
(maybe someone else has a better idea?)

and are you playing the german version? - this ini is the german one;
otherwise it looks alright.

i re installed enderal and deinstalled Skse. when i now try to start the game it tells me this "no skyrim script extender found". tried to update it. doesnt work either

hm.
sounds like a damaged installation package then :/

reload it through the torrent option, and try that.
