First question does SKYui come with Enderal. If not then I can't find the files for SKYui to remove/disconnect them from Skyrim so any ideas where these may lie would be very helpful.

Next issue, I have erased all of my Skyrim files; saves, mods, old folders, to do a complete clean install of the game, but when I boot up Enderal there are broken and missing textures everywhere. I downloaded the mod from nexus and have verified that the launcher has no pending updates nor are there any mods I am subbed to on Steam, or have connected from Nexus.

to answer the first question:
yes - SkyUI is included in Enderal

I doubt it would even be possible, but you sort of make it sound, as if you uninstalled Skyrim and directly installed Enderal
(which would not work).
before installing Enderal you reinstalled Skyrim, yes?


otherwise it looks strongly like an ini issue.
deleting the two ini files from ...\Documents\My Games\Skyrim could already help.
(the game will create new ones)

could there be any remaining ENB files? those may cause similar issues.

please attach the skyrim.ini here if that doesn't work.

Clarification, I did reinstall Skyrim before I attempted to install Enderal. The steps I took were; install Skyrim, move the install file for Enderal to the Skyrim directory ( I do have Skyrim on a different drive than the C:/ drive), Ran the Endral installer and after it was done patching I ran the updater. I restarted my computer after I did all these steps and still got the missing textures.

After I uninstalled I looked through my entire computer directory and deleted everything pertaining to Skyrim, Mods, Nexus Mods, and ENBs. The only mods I have left on my drives is for the Fallout Series.

I deleted the suggested files in the My Documents and reran the game, but still had the missing textures.

I have attached the requested file as well as screen shots of what I see when I start the game, loading, game start, and when I access the inventory.

I am gonna re download the 8gb install file and see if the one I got from Nexus is corrupt or broken.

Here are the other 2 since three attachments are the max.

hm,there is stuff missing in your ini, but nothing that would explain something like that.
corrupt download file is a solid guess :/

maybe try downloading via torrent - should be safer.
follow the instructions over there
and you'll get the download links. not sure if there's a direct link anywhere
