When I try to install I keep getting this error message.

what can I do to fix this?

When I click continue it does not allow the backup of Skyrim to start at all....

Click on Details and post what it says.
Edit: This seems like a write protetion issue. When exactly do you get the message? While the back up of Skyrim created or the actual installation of Enderal?

And you are not supposed to start the backup of Skyrim.
