this happened to me once before but i forgot how to turn it off.. i am always sneaking no matter if i press L-CTRL or not. IF i press the ALT i do a role.

Anyone help me with this little issue?

is this only in first person, or third person too?
try finding something to interact with (a chair, an anvil, a person, you get the drift)
that could get you out of it
