I just finished installing and updating. When i start the game it seems to start me in the sky, then i fall to the ground and die and the game quits.

Any suggestions?

ya.. i even unchecked all my data files.. I did "tcl" and started.. it start me in a sandbox. UP in the sky. There is nothing but water... when i touch the ground the game crashes.. NICE JOB!

New install. Decided to give a try.

Start in the sky and drop down and touch the water on the ground and crash.

Started with "tcl" and was in the sky. Move down to touch the water and crashed the game.
Nice.
That was a fun game!

I have Windows 7 64bit. Just games on this system.

I'll just assume you followed the install instructions.
could you please attach a savegame?
found in Documents\My Games\Skyrim\Saves, we need two files, the *.skse and the *.ess.
pack them to a rar or zip file

I think your installation is corrupt.

At first you need a "clean" Skyrim installation (without any mods).
The Enderal launcher is to be placed in the Skyrim main directory.
Never try to repair Skyrim/Enderal with Steam!
You have to start Enderal only with the Enderal Launcher.

i gave a new installation a try.
after the install, i didn't know IF i needed to start a new game or 'continue' a save from Skyrim. I chose a new game and i got the start of the game. I take it you cannot use your save from Skyrim to run/play this mod? If i start from a previous save that's when i start from the sky and drop down to the ground. IF i do new game it's all fine.
