Hi, folks. I could really use some help here. Up until recently Enderal has been running pretty smoothly. However, a couple of days ago when I attempted to load it, a got a "Skyrim has stopped working" error and the game crashes. I rebooted assuming there was a conflict, however this continued.
Instead of trying to "continue" loading the last file, I went to load to try going back a file, this is where it gets weird. The current topmost file is save number 999 (name) and has the date of the last time I was able to run the game. This is not my most recent save. My most recent save is save 2379. The description of the file is from when that save was actually made (it was an actual Skyrim save, not Enderal). If I scroll down to find 2379, it has a description and date that aren't correct (level is too low).
I've been in the process of transferring files from one computer to another, and while I have no idea how, I wonder if that somehow screwed up the way Enderal is organizing the saves.
Has anybody every seen this? Is there anything I can do? It seems like I can start a new game, but I've got dozens of hours in at this point, and don't want to lose my save. Please let me know if there's some information I can provide, and thanks in advance for any help!

hm, maybe take a look at the savefiles in Documents\My Games\Skyrim
I have both games installed simultaneously, so I have mutliple save - folders.
could it be that Skyrim and Enderal saves got (for some reason) thrown in one folder
