Hello ive just installed enderal i did a clean install on skyrim without any mods. i installed just like gopher did in his video but when i start the game it looks like this ive tried reinstalled it and everything so i have no clue how to fix it.

That happens when the installation package you have downloaded is damaged. I would recommend to download a new package and install it again (we recommend the torrent!).
