Why does the Hero Menu have German words on it? - by emark4

Hi ! I'm new to Enderal so I m still figuring this game out. What I'm trying to understand is the Hero menu, when I put it up it shows some of the language in German even though I am playing the game on English. I should also note that there are dollar signs around the menus in the game. How can I fix this?

Paste this file into the following directory: C:\program files(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\Data\Interface
(Basically your Enderal folder)
