Well, before you do anything drastic this is a good way to test your install with Enderal. First, if you have any save files, hard save them now in a temp folder or desktop. Whatever works for you. Then what you can do is archive your current install of Enderal and revert back to Skyrim. Test Skyrim's keybindings real quick to make sure there's no issues there as well. If it checks out, then reinstall Enderal with the archived copy, NOT a new install. If the archived one still gives you issues then revert back to Skyrim once more and do a clean install of Enderal again, disposing the archived install you had. It is common sometimes with overhauls where a bug may surface or a script did not trigger properly when a module is first loaded up.

That way the team can explore your report as promptly as possible. As of yet, I have not reproduced this bug you mentioned so I am going by trial and error.
