Partway through the quest, 'All the dead souls' just inside the cave near his old manor, Jespar froze and wouldn't follow me and i couldn't interact with him. I've tried just moving on through the quest and using moveto player to try and correct it as suggested by many, but the only quest objective I had was to follow him. I also tried to disable then enable him which also didn't work after multiple tries, I've tried leaving and coming back and going to a different location then using moveto player I also tried ResetAI as a last resort but this didn't work either. I have no additional mods installed either. I really would like to continue this game, thanks for any help!

Could you upload a savegame before the bugs happened and before you used console commands?
Savegames are located here: documents\mygames\skyrim\saves
A savegame consists of two files: one .skse file and one .ess file (please zip them together)

Thanks for your response, I did this and I tried playing from the old save the bug was gone, which is weird as I tried this earlier and it was still there, should I still upload?

I think this'll work? It happened right after I killed the first enemies when you get into the tunnel. but i can't get it to happen again, thanks for your help anyway
