Spoilers below.
After being teleported out of Numinos, Tealor talks to the High Ones through Sharims body and kills him. After this he will just stand still and not say anything. I looked up the quest on youtube, so I know he is supposed to begin talking to me, but he doesn't for some reason. I've tried reloading an autosave from right after exiting Numinos and a save from before entering it, both of them still result in the bug. I'll attach the autosave.
