Hi, I updated today and after it downloaded and installed the update, the launcher was stuck to "install enderal" even though I have the game installed and was just playing this morning. After restarting PC/launcher the problem didn't go away, so I went through the install procedure again. Patched again. Now it has the normal launcher options, except when I hit launch enderal, it says "Enderal needs an update first". Except that the update screen says my version is up to date and I can't patch anything else. My patch folder is empty and apparently I'm patched to 1.1.5.3

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

When I open the Enderal launcher and click Launch Enderal, a small Skyrim screen appears (with the Enderal launcher still appearing behind it), and I have to click "exit" on the Skyrim screen, then when I click "Launch Enderal" again it starts normally. Just a minor oddity.

Go to this file and open it with a texteditor like Notepad++:
..\Skyrim\EnderalLauncher\system\config\conf.sur
Change the bInstallStat line to the following:
bInstallStat=1

If that does not help you should consider a reinstallation of Enderal.
