Hi guys, I'm hoping you can help with this, as I haven't been able to find another thread about this specific issue. I've gotten the game installed on a new installation of Skyrim. The installation process went perfectly fine, no errors or issues. The launcher opens just fine, is in the Skyrim folder where it's supposed to be, etc. When I open it, it lets me know there is an update available (1.1.5.3) and has been downloaded, and that I need to install it to play. So I click on update, and click on "install now." It then starts the update, but never gets anywhere. It never gets past 0%, even after leaving it running for hours.
I even uninstalled everything and re-installed everything from scratch, just to make sure that I didn't put something in the wrong place and to ensure that Skyrim was installed properly. I'm running the launcher as an admin and that doesn't change the behavior at all.
I'm hoping someone can help me resolve this, as I'd LOVE to play this. It looks like a great game.
