Enderal Launcher wont open , move in skyrim directory and wont open, run as adm. and nothing.
Should say (not found TESV.exe) but not even that.
I play in win 10 but now i have win 7.
HELP.

Redownload the launcher. Make sure that it won't get blocked from any anti virus program / firewall / windows defender.
Check if it created a launcher log: C:\program files(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\EnderalLauncher\system\log\Launcher.log
Please attach it if the log is there.

I'm having the same issue. Both the launcher and the .GZ file in the Skyrim directory, everything is an exception from the antivirus, I'm running as administrator and literally nothing happens. Nothing.
And there's no log.

You need to have Steam installed and put both the Enderal Launcher and the .GZ file in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\Common\Skyrim folder.
If you happen to have Skyrim installed in other ways, just download and install Steam, move your Skyrim installation to that folder and that's it.
