When i start Enderal throught the launcher by clicking Launch Enderal it shows the regular Skyrim start screen and when i click New for New Game it just stays on the start screen and does nothing else! HELP ME!

The starting screen isn't supposed to look like the Skyrim screen.
This means you've done something wrong during the installation process or the installation package was damaged.
