I'm interested in creating a mod for Enderal. I've been hunting for permissions but haven't seen any.

Assuming proper credit is given and I do not charge for it, am I allowed to make use of Enderal's custom assets in my mod?

You don't need any permissions. Go ahead and mod it
As long as it's free and you give credit to us as team and if you use our music then just give credit to our composers (everyone is listed in the credits.txt in your Skyrim main folder).
