I know how I was SUPPOSED to romance Jespar. I have all the necessary flirt and sympathy requirements. But when we were talking on the airship, I picked "the feeling is mutual" instead of "so it's just friends, then?" (Or something like that.)


I didn't realize my mistake until now, just after the possessed novice attacked me. Unfortunately, all my airship saves are gone. The earliest save I have is one just before the final quest starts.


Is there any possible way, using console commands, to "fake" the right option? I'm sad to miss that whole scene, but if I can use console commands to pretend I saw it that's good enough at this point. Or is there a way to set the quest stage of the airship quest to an appropriate place and "teleport" to the airship? I know that this is a long shot. But I'm desperate.


As a last resort... does anyone have a save file from before this point where they played a female Half Arazealean? I can change anything else using console commands, so that's all that really matters.


Best case scenario, there's a way to trick the game into thinking I completed that quest. Worst case scenario, I'm looking for some way to still sort of complete the story with a character that is sort of mine.

If you have a save immediately after the Starship mission, in the Emporium, and if Jespar accompanied you in the Star City mission, you can try the following (or at least before you went into the Emporium with Jespar to decipher the map):

1.) Open console with ^
2.) Type in set JesparRomance to 1
3.) Type setstage CQJ06 to 5

Close console. I hope it will work, I'm not sure if I got the variable name right - if it works, it will allow you to at least get the "romance only"-quest, the final part of Jespar's personal missions, and the game will proceed as if you've romanced him. It's not possible to teleport to the Starship when you've already finished the mission, but you could watch that scene in a Let's Play, I think.
