I was playing around with the housing system, doing its tutorial then i crashed. This isn;t uncommon because of my bad pc. I reload the game thinking il just do the tutorial again. no problem, however i am now unable to interact with the char that starts the tutorial. Any ideas on a way to fix this?

Simple fix:
- Did try to turn your PC on and off again?
- Quit SKYRIM (to Desktop). Start and load your desired save game.

The Skyrim engine loads various data - only once - wich won't be reloaded if you just load another save game.
