I have pretty serious arachnofobia, and cannot see any spiders without becoming extremely paranoid.

So with that, im wondering if this mod adds spiders? Being chased by giant spiders with a large monitor and headphones would not help my fobia.

There should be an Arachnophobia mod if I'm not mistaken. Just take a look on the compatible modlist which was created by users.
I think the mod's name is "Insects be gone".

Insects begone is reported to be working on Enderal. I have aracnophobia myself but I am dumb enough not to use this mod because spiders make me so terrified that whenever I see one on Skyrim on Enderal the game becomes survival horror to me and I shoot fireballs around like there was no tomorrow. And that adds to the emotions. And the nightmares.
