Weird texture at Wellwatch [Tracker] - by riap0526

Recently I found some weird texture that I have only seen at Wellwatch, they don't really looks like missing texture at all. I tried reinstall the Enderal and it seems doesn't fix the problem. Any tips?

Already mentioned various times at the bug tracker. Not reproducible atm.
Any Mods/ENB usage? Does same other textures look weird somewhere else?
