So I've seen a dozen people run into this problem while trying to find a fix for it and it's already been mentioned on the bugtacker so I wont bother posting there, the only fix other than loading an old save mentioned for it is to upload your savegame and wait for someone to edit out the line manually.
I was just wondering, instead of waiting for a patch or for someone to edit our save for us, would a developer be able to tell us what to edit in the .ess file with an editor to solve this? thanks.

The next Patch only prevents the issue from happening it can't clean up your savegame.

You can either upload it and let us edit it or edit it yourself on your own responsibility... with the risk to kick follow up scripts.

Required tool: TESV ESS Files Editor

Backup the corrupted savegame before editing and do not overwrite it.

How to:
1. start the program
2. click "open"
3. choose the corrupted savgame form your savegame folder (documents\my games\skyrim\saves)
4. there should be a list of all the data your safegame includes
5. open the shortcut "Global data table 2"
6. open the next shortcut "Interface" (third one in Global data table 2)
7. click on data and search on the right side for the following text "O.By pressing [sprint] you can srpint. Equipped weapons and armors slow you down." (The displayed message could vary..)
8. mark the text passage as in the picture and delete it
9. click on "save" in the upper right corner and save it as normal new savegame (do not overwrite the existing one - just name it the same and save it somwhere else)

I'm having a similar issue with the "purchase teleport scrolls" hint line that occurs after leaving the sun temple for the first time.
i manually edited the "sprint" line with no problem, but couldn't find this hung line in the same location.
