I'm trying to do a quest named feud between brothers where I have to pass a message from Bunvar to Ulvar but after talking to Ulvar then going back to Bunvar with a message I cannot complete the quest because I cannot talk to him, The message window comes up about what I'm suppose to say but I cannot click on it with my mouse

this sounds like an old skyrim issue. just save, then exit, then reload the save.

I reloaded an old save and was able to complete the quest ok
