I have internet with limited traffic, internet in my country is very expensive, can I play game without updating and if its possible how?

The updates are fairly tiny, if you could download the big entire game, why not few extra Mb.

You only need the first update. But we recommend to load new patches because of major bug fixes.
The updates are usually small. The only exception was the Patch 1.1.3.3 with 400MB size (bard songs).
We try to note the size of every patch in future changleogs.
