The Song In The Silence broken - by Daddodidda

When I need to sneak to find something to pressure Dal'Geyss, the game gets stuck in a loop telling me to go outside and then in again. I am in the bedroom, but there is nothing there except a statue that I can interact with but nothing happens.

What should I do?

[+]: 1. did you bribe the guard to get into the house?
2. did you get a quest marker pointing at the balcony?

1. Yes, I did that when I first entered the house. After I talked to Dal'Geyss I got kicked out by his bodyguard.
2. I got a quest marker pointing to the cellar door in the back.

EDIT: I just noticed that

[+]: you need to jump down from the balcony and climb to the roof, so now I finished that part of the quest. I was looking there yesterday, but I didn't notice it at all.
