I seem to be having a uniquely aggravating issue with the Shadow Dancer "affine" class ability, Death Cloak. It's supposed to raise an enemy to fight for me if I kill it shortly after marking them with Ghostwalk. Instead, my target dies, gets some funky effects around it similar to the Reanimate spell, and stays dead. The "Reanimate" effect even appears in my spell menu, but there remains a very much still-dead body on the floor. Every time.
Dead stuff with funky effects around it is all well and good, but I'd much rather have an undead buddy who gets me less stabbed in the kidneys. I can only amuse myself by holding E and moving the corpse around manually while making scary ghost noises for so long.
Has anyone else had this problem, or am I missing something? I searched the forums and found no other threads on this particular bug.

i've noticed this as well, with a few earlier versions of enderal it worked some of the time. with the current one it seems to have stopped working completely, though it's hard too tell (and on top of that i've finished my shadow dancer run already).

Thanks for replying! At least I know it's not just me. There doesn't appear to be a post in the bugtracker for it, so I've added one.
