I have tried tweaking the settings but it still does it, seems to be always when moving.
It crashes a lot more when changing scenes too.

Does these crashes occur with the newest launcher and patch?

It is a lot better now thanks.
I have noticed that crashes usually occur when I do too much at once then either move to a different scene (most) or just walk to a different part of a scene. I am assuming that a scene is made of different sections.
Lately It's not crashing but the controls are mixed up. ie. I walk forward but go sideways or I go slow.
All these are are fixed by
1 Reload to last save
2 Restart game
3 Delete my User\\\Temp files and restart game
4 Restart Win7
It is a bit worse than Skyrim but not by much.

Upload me a savegame. I want to test if your savegames are corrupted somehow.
Savegames can be found here: documents\mygames\skyrim\saves
A savegame consists of two files: one .skse and one .ess (please zip them together)

Please attach your LauncherLog also:
C:\program files(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\EnderalLauncher\system\log\Launcher.log

Not sure how to email you file.
I can't see an attach option in the board email.

I was running and zoning around with your save for a while now. No Crash. Where does it crash usually or by which actions?

Regarding the permant crouching bug: just sit down on a bank or chair and it should be gone.
