After setting out for "The Living Temple" and reaching the "Crystal Forest" all the crystals and tree leaves textures are purple, now I can't tell if they are meant to all be purple or if I'm missing the textures.

That was my first thought, too . But I guess the trees are supposed to be this color. At a closer look it is also a slightly different shade than the missing texture color.
