First of all, I must say that the Enderal mod is proving to be far better than the original Skyrim in many ways.

Now, I have a question:

In the Northwind Mines Storage, that you access by going through a trapdoor near a dead corpse, there are several stacked barrels of powder next to a canon. The prompt to interact with the barrels is there, but nothing happens. I have tried to use the torch or even fire spells, but nothing happens.
I'm guessing this would explode to open a new area, but would like to know more about this. Is there something I am missing?

You will need these barrels later in the mainquest. Best to ignore them if you haven't reached that point yet.

I haven't advanced much in the main quest, as I like to explore a lot before moving the triggers.

I suppose the Living Temple will also be accessible in the main quest, right?
