Is there any way to program my own control setup because I HATE using an xbox controller and like to use my mouse and keyboard instead ie mouse 1 for movement and 2 for weapons plus other commands from keyboard.

You can indeed change the control setup for mouse and keyboard. You can rebind the keybinding from the ingame pause menu/controls. also Enderal comes with SkyUI pre installed which allows you to bind items to the keyboard from the favorites menu which makes playing Enderal with mouse/keys superior to a controller.
