Hi, this is Cal from Dirty Weasel Media on Youtube.

I had a question about how your "Update" feature works in the Enderal Launcher. I know it changes or adds new files to the directory, but does it ever remove them? For instance, in Enderal:Patch/1.1.2.4, it mentions in the changelog that you removed some "ineffective or outdated scripts."

The reason why I ask is that when using Mod Organizer, if you use the launcher via MO to update Enderal it throws the files into the "Overwrite" folder. At that point you would create a new mod with all those changes, thereby overwriting the base game files. However, that function does not allow for removal of any files (scripts in the above mention example) it simply adds or replaces existing files.

I've been working on this issue for the past week for an upcoming video, and decided to recommend that users NOT update Enderal through the launcher via MO. However, I saw the video today done by my friend Gopher, where he updates Enderal via MO and uses the "Overwrite" function as described previously. So, I wanted to get some insight from you guys about this issue.
