Got a weird graphic glitch upon starting for the first time. I uninstalled and reinstalled skyrim, but problem persists.

You've got probably a damaged installation package. Unistall Enderal via Launcher. Reinstall Skyrim. Verify Skyrim's game cache.
Download a new installation package. We highly recommend the torrent download and the newest launcher version. Both is linked at enderal.com
