To preface this post, I will blatantly say I have been trying to fix this annoying bug for about two hours now, and it's very frustrating to say the least.

Anyway, my problem on the quest "Part of Something Momentous, Part II" is as follows: I simply cannot leave the "strange place" after getting the key and opening the cell behind the pedestal. It simply doesn't do anything. I've tried multiple times so far (three times, if I believe so) and it doesn't change. I've checked my mods and updated, yet it still just doesn't let me out. If there's a command to maybe set me farther in the quest and out of the "strange place", I would certainly appreciate it. Otherwise, I'm looking for a way to fix this bug if at all possible.

Do you mean you are stuck in the cell with the guy who keeps being afraid of the suppressor after getting the key and being relocked in a cell? If so it might not be a bug and just part of the quest you are supposed to figure out.

If that is the case the solution is this:

No, the cell itself doesn't even relock. I just get the key and open the door, but no cinematic occurs as usual. The guy doesn't start talking, and the door to the cell is still there. Thanks for the answer, but it isn't quite what I need.

EDIT: I ended up fixing the problem by uninstalling some of my mods. Thanks for the help!
