So yeah, I've been trying this for some time now. I go in, try to do everything to pass the blue explosive stones, Lashiri yells at me to stop, they explode. I walk further only to see two dead bodies, a female and a male soldier. But I don't find Lashiri. What do I do? Is this a glitch? like the horrible glitch skyrim quest blood on the ice that when it occurs you are almost 100% doomed? Or can someone help me?

Your description is very vague.
First off you have to equip the spell "Fire Extinguisher" to put out the flames.
If the bug still occurs upload your savegame here. I take a look on it.
