Launcher installing - by eze147

I can't install the launcher, the .exe doesn't even open. I have windows 10 64-bit. The only things I have tried is running it as as administrator and in compatibility mode, that's all I could come up with...
Thanks in advance for any help.

Run Steam in the background and use the newest launcher from our website.
