Today, I went to launch Enderal and the game launched fine. Then, when loading my save, the game crashed. Now whenever I open the Enderal launcher it does not launch Enderal. When I click the "Launch Enderal" button it does nothing. I have tried running the launcher in admin mode, I deleted and re-installed both Enderal and the launcher, and I deleted and re-installed Skyrim but still nothing works.

Seems like your savegame corrupted the whole installation.. That's odd.
Upload one of your savegames:
Savegames can be found here: documents\mygames\skyrim\saves
A savegame consists of two files: one .skse and one .ess (please zip them)
And upload your LauncherLog:
C:\program files(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\EnderalLauncher\system\log\Launcher.log
Upload one of your savegames:
