This must be the weakest magic school of the game, there are 4 spells for it and only 2/4 of them are usable against enemies, also, enemies always resists them because their level cap is always too high when the new level of said spells become available to buy, they are useless even with the perk that raises the level cap of the skills by 35%.

Seriously, there is no point of making a Psionic based character since the skillbooks only lowers the mana cost, they should raise the level cap of the 2 skills aswell to balance this issue

i haven't had issues with psionics, i actually love this school. my shadow dancer is quite capable of turning most enemies against one-another, and in several situations the only reason my assassin-ish character survived... was because 2 out of 4 hostiles were in the middle of killing each other. gave me a hell of an advantage i tell you.
