Hey, so I was uninstalling the mod to go back to original skyrim, and well for some reason the main title screen textures are missing, and the loading screen is messed up, ive re-installed skyrim about 3 times now, and its still not fixed, please help me.
and also, the enderal textures seem to some how still be in my skyrim and steam keeps downloading them as if it downloaded my game into my steam cloud, and is using that instead of normal clean skyrim, yet I turned steam cloud off.

Clean your Skyrim directory. Backup your savegames. Delete or backup your current .ini's.
Verify Integrity of Skyrim's game cache in your Steam library.
