I have been all over this area and I can't find the side entrance. Can anyone show me the way too go.

When you're standing right infront of the main door, go left and up some ramp, up there should be the side entrance (way to the left). Your companion Calia/Jesper should remark on the entrance and say "Let's get the others" or something.
