For some reason I start the quest, try to talk to the guy Kabar Thornwall but I can't select the conversation option. It's unclickable, I can't use my keyboard to select it. So I can't really progress at all in that quest line.

I had the same problem in another quest. Leaving Enderal and loading a save from before the conversation solved the problem for me. Maybe that works here as well.

That was the first thing I did, and It didn't work.
