I've seen in shops a blueprint for Arcane Enchanter. Are there blueprints for a forge, smelter, workbench, grindstone, or tanning rack? I'm trying to set up a forge inside one of my homes to make weapons and armor and sell for gold. If these blueprints are in the game, where can I find them? Thanks!

These blueprints are currently not available in Enderal, but there is this nice little mod, that adds them (except the smelter) to the game.

Thanks for the info. Are there any houses in the game that are blacksmith-equipped? I've currently just bought the small house in the marketplace in Ark.

There are only two player homes in Enderal. The other one is located in the Noble's Quarter. If you choose the auto-furnish option here, you will get an anvil (two in fact, but I think that was a mistake), a grindstone and a workbench, but no tanning rack.
I hope the whole housing system gets an overhaul sometime in the future, it is not really practical right now.
