I'm not sure if I'm missing something or if it's actually stuck but it says that I have to wait for

[+]: Archmagister Merrayil to prepare the documents

. However I slept to pass the time for like 2 days, I stood there in front of him for a couple of in-game hours but nothing happens

Is he just fucking slow at writing or what?

Hmm, maybe it takes longer? I don't actually remember how long you had to wait for him to prepare the documents :S Can you talk to him? Ask him about the documents? If that doesn't work, wait a bit longer (not in the same cell that he's in, go to your house or an inn or something and sleep for a few more days....).

I think you have to wait atleast 2 days for him to finish the documents.

Yeah I just slept a couple of days in the nearby bed and it worked. Guess he really was just slow as fuck to write 3 damn pages
