In Two souls part VI when you have to meet Calia in the Noble district in the evening. I followed her and she lead me to the Temple Quarters in the pool area. After she sits down nothing happens . . . . you can ask her the usual questions that are available but she just sits there.

Okay so i completed the quest. The only thing i did different was walking through town to meet her rather than teleporting in using the signposts. She takes you to the tavern NOT the temple quarters.

Known issue. We are working on Calia's triggerbox. If you already stand in her triggerbox while she spawns it could mess up the quest.
